- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events and dining areas as required.

**Staff Management**:

- Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring food and beverage staff.
- Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage while managing labor costs.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
- Address employee conflicts and resolve issues promptly.

**Guest Experience**:

- Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any complaints or concerns.
- Gather guest feedback to improve service and offerings.
- Promote special offers, events, or loyalty programs to guests.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately, including guest bills, payments, and reconciliations.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality in all food and beverage areas.
- Ensure staff adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and local laws.

**Strategic Contributions**:

- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvements.
- Assist in driving revenue and maintaining cost efficiency.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
