**Job Title: Social Media Account Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of over a hundred social media accounts across various platforms.
- Utilize and be proficient with relevant social media management tools to streamline account operations.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to enhance account management.
- Foster relationships with clients and collaborate closely to understand their goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing a large number of social media accounts.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Demonstrated ability to drive organic traffic and engagement through strategic content planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective social media campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in social media platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on handling a high volume of accounts.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and outcomes.
- Certifications in social media marketing or related fields are a plus.
