We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years of agency experience in UAE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media Campaigns accross all Social Media Platforms for our clients to increase their online presence. You will work alongside the creative & production team and will be a point of contact between the client and the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage various social media strategy for the clients.
- Responsible for managing social media accounts across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube, Snapchat, Facebook.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Creating shoot briefs and directing the production team.
- Creating trendy reels/ Tiktok scripts.
- Coordinating with graphic design team, videographer/photographer, and paid ads team.
- Conducting regular client competitors analysis and industry research.
- Measuring the success of every social media campaigns.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media.
- Scheduling social media posts & stories.
- Preparing & sharing monthly paid and organic social media performance report to the client.
- Conducting monthly review and planning meeting with the client.
- Creating paid social media campaign directions including eye-catching copywriting for advertising.

Client Relationship
- Point of contact between the company and the client.
- Building a strong rapport with the client and responsible for client retention.
- Understanding client requirements and suggesting various ideas promoting client objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar.
- 3 years of proven experience as a social media account manager with an agency in UAE.
- Experience handling F&B clients, preferably restaurants and cafes.
- Advanced knowledge of social media marketing tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube.
- Available to join immeidately.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal car preferably.

**Skills**:

- Ability to oversee and manage multiple multiple accounts.
- Ability to handle work pressure and do multitasking.
- Excellent command over English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a multi-tasker with result-oriented attitude and a team player.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Must build strong business relationships with existing clients.
