As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with event planners and clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Supervise and lead banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown of events
- Ensure that all aspects of the event, including setup, food service, and décor, meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
- Monitor event timelines and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth execution
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or guests in a professional and timely manner
- Train and mentor banquet staff to maintain high levels of service excellence
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supplies are available for events
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet operations or event management, preferably in the catering industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and industry best practices
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is a plus

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
