We are seeking experienced Business Setup Consultants to join our team.
- Malayalam or Hindi and English Speaker

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients, guiding them through the setup process, and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Engage with potential clients, understanding their business requirements and guiding them through the intricacies of mainland and freezone business formations in the UAE.
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients, presenting our service offerings, pricing structures, and outlining the timelines for business setup.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals with clients, addressing any objections or concerns they may have during the process.
- Liaise with the operations team to facilitate a seamless transition of client requirements, ensuring all necessary information is communicated for efficient execution.
- Provide regular and proactive updates to clients on the progress of their business setup, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. [Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring clear and accurate communication to achieve client satisfaction].
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and procedures related to business formations in the UAE, and incorporate this knowledge into client interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, deals closed, and ongoing business setup projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute insights for improving client acquisition strategies and materials.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions and dealings.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in business setup consultancy in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of mainland and free zone business formations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful deal closures.
