They are responsible for managing table turnover and can also be called on to help support other staff members. They may assist with busing and serving duties.

In the hostess role, you will interact directly with guests. You will be expected to dress neatly and appropriately to make a good impression. Maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude is crucial in this position. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing outstanding service to drive customer satisfaction ratings, retention, and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Hostess Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Escorts customers to their tables or the waiting area. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests.
- Takes reservations and assigns guests on the waiting list.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations.
- Provide information about the restaurant’s menu, specials, and services.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assists restaurant staff when necessary.
- Maintains clean and organized tables, chairs, and dining sets.
- Assist in creating and executing customer engagement strategies.
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

**Hostess/Waitress Job Requirements**:

- Relevant hostess experience required
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to interact with multiple types of people
- Able to move constantly and remain on feet for long periods of time
- Excellent personal hygiene and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: AED1,750.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Hostess/Waitress: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
