**Tele Sales & Business Development Executive**

**Salary: AED 2500 + Commission ( Sales commission driven job)-No cap, potential to 15K AED or more per month.**

**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- The primary job is to call potential clients, understand their needs, provide the product solution and convert them to customers
- Should be proficient in making cold calls.
- Research and identify the potential customers and build a own sales prospect list and convert them to customers.
- Conducting face to face and over the phone consultations with the clients Converting leads into sales and achieving your sales target every month.
- It is a target driven role and therefore applicants Must be consistent in achieving sales targets. You will be having weekly and monthly targets on sales conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations. Act as a source of information for potential clients seeking advice and services.
- Schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations or meetings.
- Preference will be given to those who have previous TELESALES or other similar SALES Experience
- The preference will be given to those who have IELTS certification and experience in working as a trainer.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- In addition to the above responsibility, she/he will be performing admin tasks of training institutes such as maintaining lead records, students attendance, etc.

Skill required
- You should be fluent in English.
- Excellent sales technique and confidence in speaking with potential clients face to face and over the phone.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- marketing and negotiating techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
