We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Barista/Waiter to join our team. **SEND YOUR APPLICATION HERE**: **Responsibilities**: As a Barista/Waiter at The DOSE by Silvena, you will play a dual role in enhancing our customers' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: - **Taking Orders**: Interact with customers to understand their preferences and take accurate orders for coffee, tea, and other beverages. - **Beverage Preparation**: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso, protein shakes, fresh juices and specialty drinks. - **Food and Beverage Service**: Serve orders promptly and ensure that customers receive their desired items, providing a seamless transition between the barista and waiter duties. - **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction with both the beverage and dining offerings. - **Cash Handling**: Handle transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash register. - **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Contribute to the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee preparation, service area, and dining space, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for our guests. **Qualifications**: - **Barista Skills**: Experience in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, protein shakes, fresh juices and specialty drinks. - **Waiter Skills**: Ability to take orders, serve food, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. - **Customer-Centric Attitude**: A friendly and patient demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in both barista and waiter capacities. - **Multi-Tasking Ability**: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment. - **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique atmosphere and offerings of The DOSE by Silvena. **Requirements**: - Previous experience as a barista and waiter is preferred. - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience. - 50% discount at the gym's café "The DOSE by Silvena" for all food and beverage items produced in-house. - Full access to SEVEN's state-of-the-art gym facilities and a wide range of fitness classes. - Provided uniform for work, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance. - UAE Limited Labor Visa for 2 years (with the option to extend), medical insurance coverage, 30 days of annual leave, yearly flight tickets to the home country. - Recognition programs in place to acknowledge and reward exceptional performance and achievements - Eligibility for performance-based bonuses or incentives based on individual and/or team achievements. **Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month **Experience**: - Barista/Waiter: 1 year (required) Ability to Commute: - Al Quoz (required)
