**Job Description: Barista/Waiter at Hollys Coffee**
**Position**: Barista
**Location**: Hollys Coffee, Al Quoz, Dubai
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
**Days**: 6 days a week (Mondays off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Beverages**: Craft a variety of coffee and tea drinks—including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and specialty beverages—according to Hollys Coffee standards.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver friendly, personalized service to all customers, creating a positive and memorable experience.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep all areas of the coffee shop tidy and organized, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- **Operate Equipment**: Handle coffee-making equipment efficiently and perform routine maintenance.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, rotating, and restocking supplies.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system, and ensure correct cash drawer procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support colleagues to maintain smooth and high-quality service, especially during peak times.
- **Assist in Crystal Shop**: When not busy in the coffee shop, help in the adjacent crystal shop with customer service, merchandising, and restocking.
- **Marketing & Promotions**: Contribute to in-store promotions and creative ideas to drive customer engagement and sales.
- **Social Media Content**: Help create engaging content for social media platforms—photos, videos, and captions—to promote the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is required.
- **Skills**: Excellent customer service, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail.
- **Attitude**: Friendly, positive, and passionate about coffee and people.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work weekends and holidays when needed.
- **Creativity**: Interest in content creation and knowledge of social media trends is a plus.
- **Supplier Knowledge**: Connections with competitive coffee shop suppliers is an advantage.
- **Location Requirement**: Must be currently residing in or near Al Quoz, Dubai.

**Compensation**:
**Salary**: AED 2,650 per month
