Marketing Project Manager

Introduction:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your expertise in project management, combined with your deep understanding of marketing strategies, will be instrumental in driving our brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with our business goals. Translate marketing objectives into actionable project plans, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and other specialists. Foster collaboration, ensure clear communication, and drive synergy among team members to achieve project objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Collaborate with the finance team to track expenses, monitor costs, and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing initiatives. Review and approve marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Marketing Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and partners, to ensure alignment, obtain necessary approvals, and manage expectations. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Project Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices across various channels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms for campaign measurement and reporting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address marketing challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Min. 3 years experience in real estate
- Experience in Project Development on real estate, PR experience, Branding experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
