As a fast-growing business, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.
**Position Overview**: As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management. You will be responsible for selling our business setup and PRO services to corporate clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role is perfect for someone with proven experience in the PRO services industry and a passion for closing deals and meeting sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads for potential corporate clients seeking business setup and PRO services in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including executives, entrepreneurs, and HR professionals.
- Understand client needs and provide customized business setup solutions, including company formation, visa processing, legal documents, and PRO services.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and consultations.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work closely with the operations and PRO teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage all stages of the sales process from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
- Stay informed about the latest regulations and trends in business setup, PRO services, and UAE laws to provide expert advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate sales in UAE ( PRO services or business setup solutions will be an added advantage).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Understanding of UAE business regulations, company formation processes, and PRO services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and using CRM tools
- Fluency in English; proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in the UAE market, specifically in Dubai’s business setup and government services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
