**Admission Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inquiries and providing detailed information about our programs and curriculum.
- Assisting prospective students and parents through the admission process
- Coordinating enrolment procedures, documentation, and paperwork
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure a smooth running of institute.
- Welcoming and guiding potential students to integrate into our educational community.
- Hands on experience about social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Quran and Islamic education.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for promoting educational opportunities and providing exceptional customer service for different age groups including adults.
- Proficiency in MS office (excel/ word/ ppt) and documentation tasks.
- Previous experience in admission or related fields is a plus.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
