**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, corporate parties, product launches, and fundraisers.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodation for guests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and target audience, and design innovative event concepts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and all event elements are delivered seamlessly.
- Source and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to obtain competitive quotes, track deliveries, and oversee on-site setup and teardown.
- Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional materials, and event websites.
- Coordinate registration and ticketing processes, manage attendee lists, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
- Prepare post-event reports, evaluate event success, and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of successfully executing diverse events.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle unexpected challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficient in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of event marketing and promotional strategies to attract and engage attendees.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
