Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Office Management
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Maintain and update customer rental agreements, fleet inventory, and internal records.
Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Human Resources & Compliance
Maintain employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
Support payroll processing and performance management activities.
Customer Service & Operations Support
Respond to customer inquiries about rental services, pricing, and terms.
Coordinate vehicle bookings, fleet availability, and logistics.
Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and liaise with service teams.
Software & Reporting
Generate reports on fleet usage, employee performance, and financials.
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with internal policies.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the car rental industry (luxury segment preferred) in an administrative or HR role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be currently residing in Dubai with valid residency and documents.
**Benefits**:
