**Description**:

- A business analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions within an organization. They analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the development of effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Perform thorough data analysis, validate data integrity, and identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit business needs, clarify requirements, and drive consensus among stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of projects.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the resolution of any identified issues or defects.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Banking industry across - Trade, transactional banking, API products, integrations, and supply chain finance
- Proven experience as a business analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear and concise requirements.
