**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor the project’s **Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan** in accordance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain **QA/QC documents**, including method statements, ITPs, inspection checklists, material approval submissions, and quality reports.
- Conduct and coordinate **site inspections**, ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for quality-related matters and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure that **quality standards are maintained** at all stages of execution.
- Verify and validate material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved submittals and standards.
- Prepare **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)** and ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and support during project audits and handover.
- Ensure that QA/QC practices are followed strictly by site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in **preparing handover documents**, O&M manuals, and final QA/QC dossiers.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering**:

- Minimum **5 years of GCC experience** in a QA/QC Engineer role within the contracting or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of **UAE construction codes, local authority regulations**, and **international standards (BS/ASTM/ACI, etc.)**:

- Experience working on **villa, residential, or commercial building projects** preferred

**Key Skills**:

- Strong command of QA/QC documentation and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in **MS Office** (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, and QA/QC reporting tools
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
