To ensure that all fit-out and finishing works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The QA/QC Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections, documenting findings, and ensuring corrective actions are taken to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities1. Inspection & Quality Control**
- Conduct inspections for all fit-out activities including partitioning, ceiling, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP fit-out, and finishing works.
- Verify that materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Review and approve material inspection requests (MIR) and work inspection requests (WIR).
- Perform in-process and final inspections, documenting all findings.
- Ensure proper installation and finishing of architectural and interior elements.

**2. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain inspection and test records as per project quality plan (PQP).
- Prepare and submit QA/QC daily reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action requests (CARs).
- Maintain updated QA/QC documentation including method statements, checklists, and inspection logs.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspection approvals.

**3. Quality Assurance**
- Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented and followed at site level.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality procedures.
- Support the QA/QC Manager in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Verify that site works are executed as per health, safety, and environmental standards.

**4. Coordination**
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely inspection and approval.
- Interface with design and procurement teams for quality-related clarifications.
- Participate in quality meetings and provide technical input on quality issues.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in QA/QC inspection within **fit-out or interior contracting** industry.
- Strong understanding of finishing materials, installation techniques, and interior detailing.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and QA/QC documentation.
- Good knowledge of project specifications, drawings, and international standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
