We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trader to join our dynamic team. The Junior Trader will play a vital role in supporting the trading activities of Montage Oil DMCC, contributing to the success and growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and global market conditions.
- **Trade Execution**: Assist in the execution of trades, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- **Risk Management**: Collaborate with the trading team to assess and manage risks associated with trading activities.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage trade-related documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, finance, and other aspects of the trading process.
- **Strategy Development**: Contribute insights and ideas to enhance trading strategies and optimize business performance.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on trading activities, market trends, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
- Knowledge of the petrochemicals industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of trading or import and export is a must.
