**We’re Hiring: Office Administrator - Swift Audit & Advisory (Dubai)**

Location: Dubai, UAE

Swift Audit & Advisory is looking for an Office Administrator to support our growing team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic auditing firm and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to HR, marketing, and team support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day office operations and communications.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and liaise with vendors.

Maintain databases, records, and office systems.

Provide administrative support to auditors during engagements.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.

Track attendance, leave, and license renewals.
- Support recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding).

Collaborate with marketing efforts and follow up with outreach initiatives.

Prepare HR communications and maintain employee records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in administrative roles (professional services/auditing preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Discretion in handling confidential information.

Growth mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
