Position Type:

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Perform property management duties on buildings in Sharjah (150 units) in: Al Khan, Qasmiya, Guwair, Al Qualaya, Muweilah areas, additionally 1 building in Ajman (30 units) and 1 in Abu Dhabi (30 units) will need to be managed.
- Draft manual tenancy contracts for Sharjah tenancy contract renewals and should also have expert knowledge on using the Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi government portals for rentals.
- Should be familiar with Sharjah Municipality rules and regulations relating to rentals and tenancy contracts.
- File legal case with Sharjah government authorities for cheque bounces, evictions etc. the person should have excellent understanding of government department procedures for rent related processes.
- Ensure strong follow for collecting payments from tenants with cheque bounces, delayed payments to ensure zero bad debts etc.
- Meet Tenants in Office to sign the Tenancy Contract, collect Payments and other relevant documents to execute the Rental.
- Send Renewal notice to Tenants prior to expiry of Tenancy contracts as per company policy.
- Escalate all non-standard Tenancy and Maintenance matters to Property Manager for further dealings.
- Manage and update Tenancy information in the CRM system.
- Prepare Government contracts for all properties in the portfolio.
- Ensure all mandatory documents such as Passport Copy, Emirates ID, Residence visa are collected from Tenants.
- Maintain all Tenancy files with Tenant and Tenancy details in physical and cloud files.
- Follow up with Tenants for matters relating to tenancy renewals, collection of cheques etc.
- Coordinate Tenant Move Out with the Fm Team and Building watchman.
- Provide Administrative support to the General Manager for all day-to-day matters.
- Coordinate with Accounts department for rental related matters.

**Essential requirements**:

- Property Management experience in Sharjah.
- Should be fluent in Arabic and English
- High attention to details

**Compensation**:

- Between AED 5,000 to AED 6000.
- Health & Life Insurance
- Annual Leave as per UAE Labor Law
- Annual Ticket allowance to Home Country

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
