Job Title**: Pipe Fitter

*Job Summary:*

A Pipe Fitter is responsible for installing, assembling, and repairing piping systems used for various purposes, such as water supply, drainage, heating, cooling, and industrial processes. This role involves interpreting blueprints, cutting and threading pipes, and connecting fittings to ensure proper functionality and adherence to plumbing codes and standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Pipe Installation:*

1. Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine pipe layout and placement.

2. Install piping systems for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids or gases according to project requirements.

*Pipe Fabrication:*

1. Measure, cut, and thread pipes to the required dimensions using hand tools, power tools, and threading machines.

2. Fabricate pipe fittings, such as elbows, tees, and couplings, to connect pipes and components.

*Pipe Joining and Fitting:*

1. Weld, solder, or braze pipes and fittings together using appropriate techniques and materials.

2. Install valves, regulators, and other control devices to regulate flow and pressure within piping systems.

*Testing and Inspection:*

1. Conduct pressure tests and leak checks on piping systems to ensure integrity and functionality.

2. Inspect installed pipes and fittings for defects, damage, or leaks and make necessary repairs or replacements.

*System Maintenance:*

1. Perform preventive maintenance on piping systems to prevent corrosion, blockages, or malfunctions.

2. Clean, flush, and lubricate pipes and components as needed to maintain optimal performance.

*Safety Compliance:*

1. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with piping systems and equipment.

2. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

*Documentation:*

1. Maintain accurate records of pipe installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

2. Complete and submit work orders, inspection reports, and project documentation as required.

*Collaboration:*

1. Coordinate with other construction team members, including plumbers, HVAC technicians, and engineers, to complete projects.

2. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure project goals are met.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a pipe fitting apprenticeship program or vocational training is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of piping materials, fittings, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pipe fitting equipment.
- Strong measurement and mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Physical fitness for lifting, carrying, and maneuvering pipes and equipment.

*Working Conditions:*
- Pipe Fitters work indoors and outdoors on construction sites, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.
- The role may involve exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials.
- Work hours may vary based on project schedules and deadlines, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Having Civil and MEP experience

Experience in INFRA

Work location is in Baniyas and Riyadh city.

Pay: AED900.00 - AED1000.00 per month
