**Job description** Responsibilities**:
Al Muqarram Industry is seeking for Warehouse Supervisor professional to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be working at Umm Al Quwain warehouse.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Warehouse Operations:
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure proper inventory control and management practices, including stock rotation and accurate stock levels.
Coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including workload planning, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Safety & Compliance:
Enforce warehouse safety standards and ensure all team members adhere to company health and safety policies.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all equipment is in safe working condition.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Shipping & Receiving:
Ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including quality checks on received goods.
Coordinate with shipping partners and other departments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods.
- Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.

**Profile** Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing company

Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
