**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Location**: Al Quoz, Dubai

**Position Overview**:
Manage inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving, and lead warehouse staff.Supervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers. Manage warehouse staff by recruiting, orienting and Training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.
- Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing Govt protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.
- Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize losses and improve turnover rates.
- Coordinate with Purchase, sales and production teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Prepare reports on supply chain metrics, inventory levels, and warehouse performance.
- Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and manage the budget for supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to improve processes.
- Monitor all warehouses of IHG Group Companies, do regular stock audits, monitor warehouse operations.
- Perform annual stock count and submit reports.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of UAE experience in managing warehouse
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in working with ERP
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE Driving license is an advantage

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Similar role: 3 years (required)
