Alibaba Cloud Intelligence Global Training Advisor

Responsibilities: - Drive and execute technical engagements and early adoption with selected customers and partners leading to locally relevant wins of new Alibaba Cloud technologies. This includes early engagement via workshops, labs, and trainings with customers and partners. - Drive international team internal enablement program by mobilizing Group expertises - Build long-lasting relationships with technical influencers to further broaden demands in the market. - Deliver training service which incorporate our strategy, mission and technology with our sales and business development methodologies to internal customers and partners - Conduct customer and partner training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, online learning and labs - Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content be designed and delivered - Assist in the development of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program to enable local potential trainers
Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge: - Five years above working experience in IT technology company especially working for enterprise level products or service - Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, emerging computing trends and their impact on partner opportunities - Operation or maintain experience on private cloud or hybrid cloud service will be a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues - Good communication and presentation skills, has public speech or trainer background will be a plus - Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners - Fluent English language speaking and writing. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China. Level Technical Skills: - Professional Level knowledge in at least one of the following cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.) Preferred additional skills *ACP(Alibaba Cloud Certification Professional) or ACA(Alibaba Cloud Certification Associate) certificate holder
