Hostess/cashier

We are looking for a **female Hostess** who is professional, charming, and customer-oriented to join our team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a polished and presentable appearance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm smile and escort them to their seats in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations and handle guest waiting lists during busy periods.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stylish front-of-house area.
- Assist with seating arrangements and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Address guest inquiries and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
