Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they enter the cafe, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Manage the cash register, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries, providing information about menu items and specials.

Assist with seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination of orders.

Upsell menu items, promoting specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Manage reservations and waitlists effectively during peak hours.

Support team members during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
**Required Skills**:
Previous experience as a cashier or hostess in a restaurant or cafe setting preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Able to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
