Looking for a Waiter & Waitress for a hotel in Ras al Khama. If you have experience in a 3 or 5 star hotel in UAE then feel free to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a gracious and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and wine selections.
- Provide a personal touch and engage with guests to enhance their experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Waiter in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
