**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and technical direction for our product portfolio, collaborating with internal technical and product teams, vendors, and clients.
- Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
- Champion innovative architectural approaches, including microservices, service-oriented architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Foster a collaborative environment, providing guidance and mentorship to technical leads, senior engineers, and DevOps/platform engineers.
- Partner with other architects and leadership to ensure alignment between technical vision and business objectives.
- Participate in regular planning sessions to ensure a clear understanding of technical requirements for each product vertical.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts using clear and concise language, diagrams, and models.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and how architecture integrates effectively within them.
- Solid experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of both relational databases (MySQL) and non-relational/NoSQL data stores, along with the trade-offs between them.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and guide them on the proper implementation of technical designs.
