We are looking for a lifting Supervisor

Before the lift:

- **Planning**: Develop and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the proposed lift.
- **Site & Equipment Checks**: Conduct a site survey to identify hazards, check ground conditions, and verify access/egress routes. Inspect the crane, lifting accessories, and any provided machinery to ensure they match the lift plan and are in safe, working order.
- **Team Briefing**: Brief the entire lifting team—including crane operators, riggers, and signalmen—on the lift plan, procedures, potential hazards, and safety requirements.
- **Personnel Verification**: Confirm that only qualified and certified personnel are involved in the lifting operation.
- **Barricading**: Ensure appropriate exclusion zones and barricades are established around the lifting area to prevent unauthorized access.

During the lift:

- **Supervision**: Be present and actively supervise all lifting operations, guiding the team and the crane operator as needed.
- **Load & Rigging Checks**: Verify that the load is correctly and safely rigged before and during the lift.
- **Environmental Monitoring**: Monitor environmental factors like wind speed and adjust the lift plan as necessary.
- **Unsafe Conditions**: Take immediate action to rectify any reported unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions, ceasing the operation if necessary.

After the lift:

- **Debriefing**: Conduct a debrief with the team to identify any issues or improvements that could be made for future operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, equipment inspections, and other relevant documentation.
- **Site Sweep**: Perform a final site sweep to ensure the area is left safe and tidy.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
