Lifting Supervisor

We are seeking a LEEA-certified Lifting Supervisor with strong UAE construction experience to manage and oversee safe lifting operations on high-rise and villa projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting activities on site
- Lead pre-lift meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Inspect cranes, rigging gear, lifting accessories, and ground conditions
- Ensure lifting operations are carried out only by certified and authorized personnel
- Enforce safety compliance and maintain accurate lifting records
Requirements:
- Valid LEEA certification
- Minimum 5 years of lifting supervision experience in the UAE (high-rise and villa projects)
- Hands-on experience with tower, mobile, luffing, or overhead cranes (preferred)
- Strong understanding of UAE lifting regulations and safety standards
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- UAE driving license preferred
