CRM & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible CRM & Admin Assistant to organize our company's day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to admin team and Business Development Team.
Responsibilities
· Handling Property advertisement portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubbizle).
· Store all property related documents and images and edit pictures as per the portal requirements.
· Make permits for Listings.
· Assist Agents by prepare contract A and related documents for each property sale/rent and advertising.
· Monitoring and updating the inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
· Contacting account managers of listing companies to agents' user account activation and related matters.
· Assisting developers' account managers to create whatsapp groups with agents.
· Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel and reporting to the CEO.
· Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
· Calling Landlords, checking availability, arranging viewings.
· Answering Inquiries, assisting clients.
· Screen and direct phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence.
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant/ Customer service or relevant role
· Knowledge of office policies and procedures
· Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, Adobe Acrobat, PDF …etc.)
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
