**Overview**:We are seeking a versatile and skilled Draftsman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible in creating detailed drawings and plans for furniture projects. This position requires a blend of organizational expertise, technical drafting skills, and a deep understanding of furniture manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate production schedules and workflows for furniture projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for joinery projects based on client requirements and architectural drawings.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project specifications and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
- Review designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Modify drawings based on feedback from clients, engineers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy during fabrication.
- Liaise with production teams to facilitate the smooth implementation of designs and address any design-related issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project communications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality furniture.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably with experience in furniture manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD or similar programs, for creating detailed technical drawings.
- Solid understanding of furniture manufacturing techniques, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into precise furniture drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
