**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the retail, F&B, clinics, villas, offices, warehouses, and other commercial and residential sectors.
- Identify, approach, and convert leads into sales opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
- Generate and manage a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the interior fit-out industry.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven sales track record in the UAE, specifically in interior fit-out projects for retail, F&B, clinics, villas, offices, warehouses, and other commercial and residential spaces.
- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- **Driving License**: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- **Availability**: ASAP
- **Results-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
