We are seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team at [Your Company Name], a leader in customised interior design and furniture manufacturing. In this role, you will manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions that align with client needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for custom interior designs.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Manage and supervise the production of custom furniture and interior elements.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, project management, and furniture design.
- Strong understanding of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
