Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and fit-out solutions across the UAE.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, project tracking platforms, and proactive networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, engineering) to deliver customized technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements in detail.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and innovations in materials and fit-out solutions.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance market presence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience** in acoustic solutions, architectural products, or interior fit-out.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Established network within the UAE’s construction, architecture, and design sectors.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
