**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Operational Planning and Execution**: Develop, implement, and manage operational strategies and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity across the entire production and installation workflow.
  • **Project Oversight**: Supervise and monitor all aluminium and glass projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved project schedules and technical specifications.
  • **Resource Management**: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of supervisors, fabricators, and installers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to enhance team performance and foster a positive, high-performing work culture.
  • **Quality Control and Compliance**: Enforce stringent quality assurance standards and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure all products meet customer expectations and industry benchmarks.
  • **Budget and Financial Management**: Oversee operational budgets, monitor expenses, and use financial data to make informed decisions that improve profitability and control costs.
  • **Procurement and Supply Chain**: Manage the supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Coordinate with suppliers to prevent material shortages and delays.
  • **Client and Stakeholder Relations**: Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and technical issues, and develop and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • **Reporting**: Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management, detailing project status, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Required Qualifications and Skills**

  • **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in operations management within the aluminium and glass, or façade and metal works industry, with a proven track record in the UAE or GCC.
  • **Technical Knowledge**: Strong command of aluminium and glass systems (e.g., curtain wall, doors, windows, partitions) and familiarity with common industry systems (e.g., Gulf Extrusion,Alumil, Gutmann).
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • **Project Management**: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • **Leadership**: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • **Financial Acumen**: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in project management software, ERP systems, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
  • **Language**: Fluent in English (oral and written). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • **License**: A valid UAE Driving License is required.
