Gym Receptionist

Job Summary: As a Gym Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the gym facility. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**:Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about gym services, classes, and membership packages.
Manage member check-ins and ensure accurate records are maintained.
**Membership Services**:Assist in the registration and renewal of gym memberships.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Address member inquiries regarding billing, schedules, and general information.
**Administrative Support**:Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Help with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
**Language Proficiency**:Utilize proficiency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with members and resolve language-related concerns.
Translate documents or communication materials when necessary.
**Customer Service**:Handle member feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the gym.
**Schedule Management**:Coordinate class schedules and update information as needed.
Assist in managing appointments and reservations for various gym services.
**Sales Support**:Promote gym services, classes, and promotions to encourage member participation.
Assist in the sale of merchandise and additional services.
**Health and Safety**:Follow established health and safety protocols.
Assist in emergency situations and communicate effectively with emergency services if needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
