Gym Front Desk Receptionist

**LOCATION: DUBAI INTERNATIONAL CITY**
**Responsibilities**:
1. Reception and Inquiry:
A. Warmly welcome each member and visitor, providing professional and friendly service.
B. Answer inquiries from members and visitors, providing information about the gym, including membership details, class schedules, and facility usage.
C. Assist members with check-in procedures, and verify membership cards.
A. Answer the gym's phone calls, handling bookings, member inquiries, and complaints.
3. Membership Management:
A. Enter and update member information, ensuring the accuracy of member records.
B. Handle membership enrollment, renewal, and cancellation procedures.
4. Shift Management:
A. Work according to the shift schedule, ensuring the continuity of front desk operations.
B. Coordinate with other front desk receptionists to flexibly adjust shifts to meet the gym's operational needs.
5. Daily Operations:
A. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area, ensuring a clean and comfortable work environment.
B. Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other items received at the front desk.
6. Emergency Handling:
A. In the event of an emergency or unexpected situation, follow the gym’s emergency procedures, take necessary actions promptly, and report to superiors.
7. Other Responsibilities:
A. Assist in organizing and coordinating various events and competitions held at the gym.
B. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
**Work Schedule**:
The front desk receptionist will work on a rotating shift schedule, with specific times as follows:
Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Mid Shift: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Front desk receptionists are required to report to work on time according to the shift schedule to ensure smooth front desk operations.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Educational Background:
High school diploma or above; a degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Work Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles. Experience in a gym or hotel front desk is a plus.
3. Language Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other foreign languages is an advantage.
4. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer needs and issues.
5. Customer Service:
Strong customer service orientation, able to provide high-quality service and maintain a positive service attitude.
6. Time Management:
Good time management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking efficiently and ensuring productivity.
7. Responsibility:
High sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to work independently and respond quickly in emergencies.
8. Teamwork:
Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with colleagues and management to ensure smooth front desk operations.
9. Computer Skills:
Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software (e.g., MS Office), with the ability to use front desk management systems efficiently.
10. Flexibility:
Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts, with flexibility to meet the gym’s operational needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
