We’re expanding—and we’re looking for a talented **Recruiter** with real estate experience and fluency in a European language to help us build the strongest team in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff
- Source top-tier talent through strategic outreach, networking, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at industry events and career fairs
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
- Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector
- Fluency in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian)
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- UAE residency or willingness to relocate

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE or Europe
- Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios
