**About Us**:
We are a growing real estate company in Abu Dhabi focused on delivering exceptional value to clients and transforming the way real estate is done. We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Real Estate Sales & Operations Manager** to help us scale and lead with excellence.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven leader with strong real estate sales experience and operational know-how. This is a commission-based role offering higher-than-market commissions, with an opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership position.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing the daily operations of the company
- Leading and mentoring agents
- Recruiting and onboarding new agents
- Driving sales performance and strategy execution
- Supporting the founder with business growth plans and implementation
- Building key relationships in the market
- Representing the company with professionalism and integrity

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the right hand to the company owner in all day-to-day matters
- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing agents
- Keep updated with market trends and pricing strategies
- Drive listings, closings, and client satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to grow market share
- Coordinate marketing efforts for listings and company visibility
- Ensure CRM and database systems are maintained

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales in the UAE
- Proven leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and car

**Compensation**:

- **Commission-only**, but with **higher-than-market commission rates**:
