**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure academic and operational excellence.
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with KHDA/MOE standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain nursery licenses.
- Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching methodologies, child development programs, and overall nursery performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum **5-7 years of leadership experience** in early years education (nursery/early childhood setting).
- Strong knowledge of EYFS / Montessori / Reggio Emilia or similar early childhood frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff while maintaining a child-centered approach.
- UAE experience preferred.
