Nursery Principal

Balloon Nursery is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Nursery Principal** to lead our team and drive the continued growth and excellence of our nursery. This role goes beyond daily operations—it includes implementing new ideas, boosting admissions, and driving innovation in early years education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the nursery’s daily operations in compliance with Sharjah Education Authority regulations.
- Lead, support, and inspire a team of educators and staff to foster a positive, professional, and nurturing environment.
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment, ensuring high-quality learning experiences aligned with early years standards.
- Drive innovation by introducing creative teaching methods, new programs, and enrichment activities that support children's development.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions, retention, and overall nursery growth.
- Plan and conduct regular staff training and development initiatives to maintain teaching excellence.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and engaging environment for all children.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with parents, supporting open communication and ongoing engagement.
- Actively promote the nursery through digital marketing, social media content, and creative campaigns to boost visibility.
- Organize open houses, parent workshops, and community outreach events to attract new families.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses, communities, and schools to strengthen referral channels.
- Implement parent referral and loyalty programs to enhance word-of-mouth promotion.
- Greet and assist prospective parents with nursery tours, clearly explaining the curriculum, facilities, and daily routines.
- Monitor budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Track performance metrics and take proactive measures to ensure continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- **CACHE Level 3 Diploma** or higher (mandatory)
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a UAE nursery or preschool**:

- **Minimum of 5 years total experience in early childhood education**:

- Deep understanding of early years curriculum (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in increasing enrollment and leading marketing/admissions strategies
- Creative, forward-thinking, and proactive in implementing new ideas and improvements
- Must meet **Sharjah’s regulatory requirements** for nursery management
- **Fluent in English**
