**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Oversight**:

- Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Ensure that the construction work is in line with the design intent and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with other design professionals (e.g., engineers, landscape architects) to integrate their input into the project.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform regular inspections to verify the quality of construction and materials.
- Address and resolve any design or construction discrepancies promptly.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes.
- Prepare and present design modifications or solutions as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of site observations, changes, and approvals.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Manage necessary permits and approvals required for construction.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and address potential design or construction issues proactively.
- Develop creative solutions to overcome challenges encountered on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- **Experience**:

- years of experience in architecture, with a focus on site work and construction oversight.
- Experience with [specific types of projects, e.g., commercial, residential, industrial] preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
