**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage and schedule meeting rooms and appointments as needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes when applicable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Provide support to other departments as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Nationality**: UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Emirates ID
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
