**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive EV charging infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the planning, installation, and maintenance of EV charging stations across various locations, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze EV charging usage data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to manage contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and government policies related to EV charging infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for potential EV charging projects, including identifying suitable locations and estimating financial implications.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant industry partners, utilities, and government agencies to leverage resources, obtain incentives, and foster collaboration.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to raise awareness and promote the utilization of EV charging stations among customers and employees.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners regarding EV charging equipment, operations, and maintenance.
- Monitor industry best practices, benchmark performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of EV charging operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, renewable energy, or business administration.
- Proven experience in managing and expanding EV charging infrastructure, preferably at a regional or national level.
- Strong knowledge of EV charging technologies, standards, and protocols.
- Familiarity with local and national regulations, codes, and permits related to EV charging installations.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in promoting products or services is a plus.
- Understanding of financial aspects related to EV charging infrastructure, including cost analysis and return on investment calculations.
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.
