**Job Title: Import & Procurement Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchase Order Creation**:

- Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders based on company requirements and inventory levels.
- **International Supplier Coordination**:

- Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Coordinate with the finance department to process supplier payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- **DM Product Registration**:

- Handle product registration with relevant government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Coordination with Clearing Agents**:

- Liaise with clearing agents for timely and efficient customs clearance of incoming shipments.
- **Shipment Follow-up**:

- Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- **ETA Updates**:

- Provide regular updates on the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of shipments to relevant departments.
- **Document Verification**:

- Review and verify all import and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- **Product Finalization**:

- Coordinate internally to finalize product specifications, ensuring readiness for ordering and registration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement or import coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
