Job Description What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator tomanage end-to-end Supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinatingwith international suppliers, ensuring timely shipment deliveries, and maintaining accurateprocurement and logistics records. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strongunderstanding of supply chain and import/export regulations. What Will You Do: Purchase & Procurement Coordination: ● Coordinate with international suppliers to manage purchase orders and negotiate pricing,delivery timelines, and terms. ● Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related toshipments. ● Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory data in line with internal policies andstandards. ● Communicate with internal departments (production, planning, finance) to align supply withbusiness requirements. ● Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency andcost savings. ● Review and verify invoices and purchase documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Logistics & Import Coordination: ● Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to support smooth importoperations. ● Ensure all shipments meet local and international customs and regulatory requirements. ● Coordinate with customs clearance teams and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery ofgoods. ● Keep up to date with UAE and global import/export regulations. ● Use supply chain tools/software to monitor and optimize shipment and logistics processes.
