Aims to understand the feelings and perspectives of our Members to action on made requests in the most suitable approach. Is an attentive listener who communicates the unique preferences of our customers to the cooking team.

Junior Waitress has a good memory, and creatively conveys messages, explains the health benefits as well as the science behind each served dish. Moves swiftly without appearing to run or rush, works quickly and has a high degree of focus while maintaining an extraordinary level of professionalism.

**| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**| OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE**
- Understands items listed in the menu and recommends F&B combinations as well as suggests alternatives.
- Performs regular checks of tables, trays setup before seating or serving guests.
- Suggests menu specials and introduces based on Members’ preferences appropriate menu.
- Inquires about allergic or special dietary requirements and communicates necessary instructions to the culinary team.
- Performs opening and closing experience procedures as established by F&M Manager.
- Exhibits a professional attitude, diplomacy, and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Executes gracious front desk procedures in the handling of customers’ needs.

**| ADMINISTRATION**
- Gathers and updates data of Members and inserts it in the system. Builds up the required database.
- Is responsible for the discrepancies in the potential F&B cost satisfactorily.
- Assists in controlling the storage and carefully using all operating equipment and supplies.

**| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score as well as promotes a professional image to the internal and external Members.
- Supports in increasing awareness of TB App, guides in its continuous use, and frequently suggests enrollment to potential new Members.
- Ensures correct posting, handles money and charges accurately.
- Performs any reasonable task required that might be outside the job scope in the spirit of collaboration.

**| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT**
- Participates in TB training sessions and communication briefings on a monthly, weekly
- Maximizes opportunities for self-development to upgrade his/her knowledge and skills by actively participating in TB internal and external initiatives and App.
- Suggests enhancement of existing procedures, which support the improvement of Taste and all Bridge Tracks.
- Seeks future possibilities for self-growth and development. Researches new advances in the wellness industry, including cross-tracks programs.

**| HYGIENE & SAFETY**
- Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of shortfall, and complies with the Grooming procedures.
- Supports other Taste Team to comply with the Grooming Experience Procedures and reports to Supervisor and F&B Manager for needed improvements.
- Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times.
- Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions.

**| **| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma | GED | College Degree.
- Demonstrates an interest in and an understanding of all Tracks to perform requested tasks.
- Must understand, communicate in English and carry out instructions in oral or written format.
- Must be physically fit to perform the essential functions.
- Must be able to relate to all levels of management.
- Resourceful, forward-thinking, innovative, and committed.
- Must be willing to add value to enhance health, safety, and productivity as well as maintain TB to thrive on being a smoke-free workplace.
- Experienced in being an integral point of contact for esteemed Bridge customers.
