We are hiring Real Estate Associate in Dubai support the partners and wider real estate team in handling property cases across the region.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified lawyer
- Experience in corporate law/M&A and REITs is of added value
- Language(s) - Fluent in English, Arabic skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
- Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files.
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Flexibility, positivity and real interest and background in real estate law.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Advising clients on all aspects of real estate law
- Conducting due diligence
- Drafting opinions and legal advices
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating different real estate related agreements, including leases (retail, commercial and industrial), sale and purchase agreements, development agreements and joint venture agreements
- Supporting the partners and wider team with business development initiatives related to the real estate practice;
