Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Somewhere and Public.

We are currently looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to work closely with our Executive Team, based from our Corporate Head Office in Dubai. You will have extensive experience working with F&B brands across the Middle East, along with a successful track record in the acquisition, development and management of franchisees.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying potential franchisees and completing feasibility/suitability studies
- Onboarding franchisees, proving full training and development and ongoing support
- Manage relationship with franchisees, visiting locations and ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Collaborating with Marketing and Branding to ensure that initiatives are successfully implemented in a consistent fashion
- Oversee reporting from the franchise network, identifying issues and providing remedies/recommendations for improvements
